Don’t Buy Schwinn 220 Recumbent Exercise Bike Until You Read This Review
I figured Schwinn could make a decent exercise bike because they has a reputation for making good low-end bicycles. This Schwinn 220 Recumbent Bike is another amazing Recumbent Exercise Bike from schwinn. First off, This Recumbent Bike is not only sturdy, but it was extremely simple to put together. Everything is provided and the directions were simple to follow.The bike went together nicely with the included tools. The seat adjustment works well enough, and the bike is solid.
This Schwinn 220 Recumbent Bike is completely silent, the only noise is the little whine (from the magnetics on the flywheel) that it makes when it changes intensity. The pedal action is quiet and smooth. The computer is simple enough with a small bit of study. This recumbent bike will get you sweating really fast and get your heart rate going. important point: this exercise bike can be taken apart again when you move in a few years and it can be moved in pieces that will fit in you car. Nice.
My only complaint is that the seat is a bit hard after 30 minutes of working out. However, I thought it was time to get a bit healthier. I forced myself to buy Schwinn 220 Recumbent Bike and surprisingly I find myself actually enjoying the exercise time! I’ve pedaled with MP3 player cranking some tunes, and with a PSP playing TV shows. The resistance on this recumbent bike is also very good. I used to ride Precor bikes at the gym, and this has about the same levels. It feels like you’re going up a very steep hill against the wind at the very highest level (16). There is something for everyone.
Overall, if you are looking for a recumbent exercise bike, considering the quality, cost and features I have to say I am very pleased with this Schwinn 220 Recumbent Bike. This is a good investment (in a Budget-Priced Exercise Machine). If you decide to purchase this Schwinn 220 and truly plan to use it, you will not be disappointed!!
